We encourage clients to have their system backup files and software disks (application and operating system) available during any visit. This will only serve to maximize the efficiency of the visit.

Larry Neblett retired from Motorola in 2008 after nearly 30 years.  He started N2 Tech Solution as a way to stay involved with what he knows best and to help others in the local area. His entire career has been in the service and repair industry, having run field engineering and then having global repair responsibility.

During the last twenty years at Motorola he established and managed  a network of Motorola owned and contracted repair facilities around the globe to service a wide array of analog and digital devices to include the origination, delivery and control systems needed to deliver content (video/audio/data) into subscriber homes for the broadband industry (cable television operators and traditional phone companies such as  AT&T and Verizon).  Many of these systems were very complex, but many are the same systems that small businesses use everyday. Needless to say, he picked up a wealth of experience along the way that not only includes computer and networking skills, but having worked with television and signal delivery, he knows just a little about these things as well.

Patti, his wife, is also involved with N2 Tech Solution. Patti has a degree in communications and is behind much of the creative thought in website design.
